Our Journey So Far
2020
TIVE FULFILMENT IS FOUNDED
One month before a covid lockdown in the UK TIVE Fulfilment was founded. Perfect timing doesn’t exist in business and this was really proven!
2020
3 BRANDS JOIN
After the initial two brands we stared with started to receive and industry best service, we onboarded three more clients. All of which were clothing brands.
2021
YEAR 1 COMPLETE
We had now been in the fulfilment business for one year. Our customers gave us some great feedback and we asked what upgrades they would want. As we only work with clothing and accessory brands this is bespoke to each customer.
2021
A KEY COURIER ACCOUNT IN THE UK
Our business had started to get traction to the point our customers were being approached by big competitors who had been in the game 10’s of years. Not a single one left!
2022
YEAR 2 COMPLETE
By this point TIVE Fulfilment had dispatched parcels across every contenent to over 100 countries. We were only two years old but making a serious name for ourselves in the clothing fulfilment sector.
2022
MORE CLIENTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Towards the end of 2022 we introduced our own in house customer service team. Allowing our clients to focus on building the brand and letting us keep the customers happy. This meant we dealt with all import, export, fulfilment, warehousing, returns and now customer service.
2023
A NEW WAREHOUSE AND BRANDING
In 2023 we have started the year on a high. We have rebranded to allow us to open up fulfilment centres in both Europe and the US. By only working with clothing, accessory and footwear brands we know what is needed to become the best.
