THE PROCESS TO GET STARTED:
SENDING YOUR STOCK
After the initial emails and phone calls we will organise for your stock to be delivered to our UK warehouse.
This process is completely set up by our team here to relieve stress of moving all the stock over form an existing fulfilment partner or from your own location.
WE RECEIVE THE GOODS
Once the stock arrives at our warehouse we will quality check it to ensure there and no damaged items and start splitting the stock onto designated shelving and pallet racking.
All items will then be listed with their SKU’s or barcodes so we can ensure all picks when being dispatched are 100% correct. By doing this it reduces human error.

During this process we know all stock is here and counted for so we finish setting up your reduced shipping rates and letting your team know that we are ready to begin fulfilling orders.
Your designated account manager will have also been in touch to answer any questions you may have and to ensure everything goes smoothly from the first order going out from our warehouse.
YOUR CUSTOMER RECEIVES THEIR PARCEL
This is where you can sit back and relax. TIVE Fulfilment has everything covered from now onwards in regards to fulfilment and distribution. Your customers will be notified by email or sms about their parcel updates as it travels through the courier systems regardless of if they are UK or international customers.
If on the odd chance the customer is not happy with the product they receive, our account managers can also deal with all customer service emails to free up your time.
